What does "Family Life" mean to you?
Family life means sharing our experiences and faith with those that are the closest to us.
Describe your childhood:
Adoptive Mom? I grew up in an all American neighborhood with children everywhere I had mountains for a backyard and my mother could never find me at dinner time. I was blessed and had a pool in my backyard and all I ever wanted to do was dive for pennies, nickels and dimes. My parents did not spoil me I had to work every summer and had a list of chores a mile long but it made me who I am today.
Adoptive Dad? I was raised in a large (7 kids) catholic family surrounded by many friends and relatives where we shared many gatherings together including the holidays. My dad was the B-Q officianato and always had the family over for outdoor picnics. I was fortunate to have a great circle of friends as well. We would always get together for outdoor games such as "kick the can", football, baseball, fort building and bike riding. I no doubt have very fond memories of my childhood and feel very fortunate for my up-bringing.
